My Realtor recommended me to It’s Electrical, LLC. I had Jayron come out and showed him all the work I wanted done, personally and also for “code” as I plan on selling my house later this year. He took notes on everything and scheduled the appointment. I had to work, so I left the back door open for him. He accomplished all of the work planned and then some extra, just to tighten-up all loose ends, and in the same day! I was very impressed. I had him come back out recently for a short in my bedroom light, which was a fire-hazard in my opinion, and confirmed by Jayron. It turned out to be a small piece of metal left in the socket from a previous burnt-out light bulb. He found it and removed it, turned the breaker panel back on and showed me a picture of the metal found. I find him to be very professional, extremely thorough, and his prices are reasonable. I will be using Jayron for all future electrical work. I asked for several of his business cards and will gladly hand them out to anybody who asks.

We had Jayron come out early this Wednesday morning to provide the labor to install a new gable attic fan to replace the 31 years old attic fan that just died. I had bought a new fan at Home Depot but felt I needed an expert installation rather than do it myself. Jayron was great setting up a time to stop by, arrived on time and provided a fair price. Jayron is an incredibly nice guy and darn good electrician. He answered all my questions, installed a new dual socket for me, mounted and secured the fan, tested everything and set the temperature control. He was efficient and his work looks great – clearly he cares about quality. He will be my electrician going forward for any of my future needs and I highly recommend Jayron to anyone needing quality and fairly priced electrical work! 😀
